Cheese and Broccoli Soup

2 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1 onion, 1 bunch broccoli: Dice and cook in boiling water until tender. Drain. Save Water.
In large pan melt 1 ½ cup margarine. Stir in 1 ½ c flour. Gradually add 3 qts of boiling water. (with 5 chicken boiillion cubes dissolved in it) Cook and stir until smooth and thick. Add 1 lb of Velveeta, cubed. Let melt. Add salt and pepper and drained vegetables.
