Opulent Chicken

6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut in half and put in a baking dish
top each with a slice of swiss cheese
Mix together:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c water

Pour over chicken breasts.

Mix:
2 c Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c melted butter

Spread over top. Bake at 275 for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. Servewith side dish or rice.
