Carrot Cake

4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oil
2 c flour
1 t salt
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
3 c grated carrots

Beat eggs and dry ingredients. Blend, then mix well. Add carrots mix well then add oil stirring until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and flavored 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.

Frosting

1 lb powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 c softened butter
3 oz cream cheese
