Filling:
3/4 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sour cream
French Toast:
3 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Slice the strawberries thinly. Soak them in water and lemon juice for a little bit. Spread a thin layer of the filling on 2 pieces and then put some strawberries in between.
