2 cups flour
1 t salt
1/2 cup oil
1/4 + 1 T cold water
Put flour and salt together, mix in bowl. Mix oil and water in other bowl. Pour liquid over dry ingredients. With a fork-mix together. Form ball. Roll out between wax paper.
Shell--roll out, put in plate, fork it. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Filled Pie--Bake at 375 for 40 minutes (check pie filling for temp and time).
